Make premix of lentils
- If the children live in a hostel, then you can prepare some premix and give them so that the children can prepare their favorite food in the hostel within minutes.
- To prepare dal premix, first clean and dry the peeled pulses of moong and lentils.
- Now fry the dal in light ghee until it turns light brown. Then let it cool and grind it coarsely in a mixer grinder.
- Take a pan and add ghee in it and add cumin seeds. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and cook. Now add tadka to the mix and mix it with salt and fill it in an air container. The dal will be ready immediately after mixing it in hot water.

Namkeen Vermicelli Premix
- To prepare salty vermicelli premix, you should fry the vermicelli in some ghee and keep it aside.
- Now cut carrots and beans into small pieces and dry them in the microwave. By doing this its water will dry up.
- Now prepare the sauce for vermicelli. Add mustard seeds, chillies and peanuts in ghee and fry them and mix the vermicelli and then after cooling, fill it in a glass jar. It can be cooked and eaten by putting it in boiling water in 10 minutes.

Vegetable Premix
- To prepare Baji premix, first grate the potatoes and cook them in the microwave for 5 to 10 minutes.
- You can also microwave carrots and beans.
- Now add ghee in the pan and after adding cumin seeds, add garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder, mango powder and bhaji masala. Add salt as per taste.
- Add vegetables to the pan and mix them. After stirring them for some time, they will become dry. After it cools down, fill it in a jar. Place the premix with four times the amount of water in the oven and the bhaji is ready.

Masala Khichdi Premix
- To make Masala Khichdi Premix, first wash and dry the pulses and rice and then fry them in ghee.
- To prepare the masala for Masala Khichdi, add ghee in a pan. Fry cumin seeds in it.
- After this, mix some asafoetida, red chili powder, turmeric powder. You mix it with pulses and rice, cool it and pack it in an air tight container.
- Khichdi will be ready by boiling it in water for about 5 to 10 minutes.
