This is the most controversial point. This would buy time for Iran and could weaken America’s main concern—nuclear development. The Trump administration is seeing this as a “tactical delay”.
3. Condition of reducing regional tension: Iran has indirectly indicated that regional pressure and military activities should be reduced.
This condition looks diplomatic, but there could be a strategy behind it to change the military balance. If the US withdraws, Iran could increase regional influence.
