Iqbal Ansari happy with the government’s action in Ram Mandir donation case, gives credit to CM-PM. Iqbal Ansari Praises Govt For Action In Ram Mandir Donation Embezzlement

Former party in the Ram Mandir donation embezzlement case, Iqbal Ansari has praised the Central and UP governments. He said that due to the prompt action of the government, the accused are in jail today and this has not affected the faith of the devotees.

Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) [भारत]July 13 (ANI): Former Babri Masjid-Ram Janmabhoomi litigant Iqbal Ansari has praised the Center and the Uttar Pradesh government for taking prompt legal action in the alleged case of Ram Temple donation embezzlement. He said that the accused have been arrested in this case and there has been no impact on the faith of the devotees in the temple.

Speaking to ANI on Sunday, Ansari praised Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for what he called prompt action in the case. He said the alleged accused are now in jail and attributed this to the government’s intervention.

He said, “Ayodhya is a city of religion; Ayodhya is the city of Lord Ram. Ayodhya respects all religions. Gods and Goddesses of all religions reside in Ayodhya. The issue is of the Ram temple. The government took legal action on the incidents that happened in the Ram temple and today the thieves are in jail. It was the government’s cooperation, it was the government’s initiative and the government acted very quickly. This issue was related to the temple because it was a question of faith. People of all religions Respect Lord Ram, and whatever happened in place of God, today everyone is in jail, it is the contribution of our honorable Chief Minister and Prime Minister that thieves are in jail.”

Furthermore, he stressed that nothing has changed in terms of devotees coming and worshiping Lord Rama at the temple, highlighting that the faith remains intact despite the incident.

He said, “It is a question of faith, and faith remains. The Ganga-Jamuni culture of Ayodhya and the abode of the gods and goddesses in Ayodhya are completely safe; people are coming, having darshan, and worshiping, and everything is going well. Some people are trying to defame Ayodhya, but those who have done this – those who have stolen, are in jail; this was an initiative of our government.”

SIT investigation continues, hearing to be held in Supreme Court

The alleged embezzlement has sparked a heated political controversy across the country, with the Special Investigation Team (SIT) continuing to probe the irregularities. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on Monday (July 13) petitions seeking an independent, court-monitored probe into the alleged misuse of donations at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya.
