Apple is all set to introduce the iOS 18.1 update for users with the much-awaited Apple Intelligence features. The company announced a slew of new features at the WWDC 2024 and was expected to roll out with the iOS 18. While not all Apple Intelligence features will roll out with the iOS 18.1, major features are expected to make their debut with the iOS 18.2.

The Apple Intelligence will be available on the iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max along with the entire iPhone 16 series. Here are some of the features that can come with the iOS 18.1 update.

Apple may roll out the writing tools which will allow the users to proofread texts for spelling and grammar errors and even help in structuring the sentence structuring and word choice. The users can also choose the tones including the Friendly, Professional, and Concise.
The iOS 18.1 update will also bring the revamped Photos application. The users will be able to get the results just by writing a simple description. The new feature will automatically select the matching photos and background music if creating a memory mix.
It will also bring the Clean Up tool which will allow the users to remove unwanted elements in the image using Gen AI. The company may also introduce a priority notification which will prioritise the most important messages and show them under the Priority Notifications section. It will also summarise the notifications.
Do note that the features will first roll out for the users in the US and the Indian users may have to wait till early 2025 for all the Apple Intelligence features.
