Kriti Sanon
The family of Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has made a big deal in the real estate market of Mumbai. According to property registration documents, Kriti Sanon, her sister Nupur Sanon and their mother Geeta Sanon have sold four apartments located in Mumbai’s Andheri West area for a total of Rs 8.9 crore.
All these flats are located in the prestigious residential project Raheja Classique of Andheri West. This area of Mumbai is considered very popular among people associated with the film industry and high income group buyers.
Got more than 100% return on investment
According to the report, the Senan family had purchased these four flats between 2013 and 2017 for a total of Rs 4.31 crore. Now after selling them for Rs 8.9 crore, the family has made a profit of about Rs 4.6 crore.
According to this, the family has got about 107 percent return on investment. Real estate experts believe that long-term investment in the right location in a metropolis like Mumbai often yields excellent returns and this deal is an example of the same.
Who bought these properties?
The buyer of all four apartments is said to be famous casting director and film producer Mukesh Chhabra. Mukesh Chhabra is a big name in the Hindi film industry and he has selected actors for many successful films.
According to the documents, two big flats were sold for around Rs 3.23-3.23 crore, while the price of two small flats was around Rs 1.21-1.21 crore. All deals were registered in April 2026.
Why is Andheri West the choice of investors?
Andheri West area of Mumbai is counted among the most prominent residential and commercial areas of the city. From here, better connectivity is available to the airport, metro network, link road and Western Express Highway.
Many artists, producers and professionals associated with the film and entertainment industry live in this area. This is the reason why the demand for property here remains constant and there is a good increase in prices with time.
Successful example of real estate investment
This deal by Kriti Sanon’s family shows how long-term real estate investment can yield better returns. After holding the property for about 9 to 13 years, the family made a profit of crores of rupees by selling it at more than double the investment amount. The deal also reflects Mumbai’s strong real estate market and rising prices in premium locations.
