- 1 cup raw mango
- 3 cups ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 4 to 5 small cardamoms

- To make mango jam, first grind 1 cup of raw mangoes and three times more ripe mangoes in a blender.
- – After this add sugar, fennel and cardamom powder and grind it.
- – After this, take out the prepared puree in a pan and cook it on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes. – Then turn off the gas.
- Take special care to cook the puree till it thickens. Now cool the prepared puree and fill it in a glass bottle.
