India’s clash with Pakistan, 5 gold medal matches, see the schedule of 26th July

Commonwealth Games 2026 India Schedule, Day 4: The fourth day of the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow is going to be very exciting and interesting from the point of view of sports lovers of India. This is because there will be a match between India and Pakistan in CWG on the fourth day and apart from that there will also be 5 gold medal matches. This means that India’s medal tally, which has officially added only one medal in the form of bronze after the first three days of play, is likely to add a gold medal on the fourth day. If India wins all its 5 gold medal matches, it will strengthen its position in the medal tally.

India’s gold medal match

India’s 5 gold medal matches and their timing as per Indian time are as follows.

  2. Tapan Mohanty-Yogeshwar Singh – Gymnastic- 4:30 PM
  3. Mirabai Chanu (48 KG) – Women’s Weightlifting- 6:45 PM
  4. M. Raja (65 KG) – Men’s Weightlifting – 11:15 PM
  5. India – Swimming Men’s 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay – 1:56 AM

India-Pakistan boxing

Apart from these 5 gold medal matches, the India-Pakistan match to be held in the boxing ring will also be worth watching. This is the first clash between India and Pakistan in any match in CWG 2026. This match will not be about the medal but it will definitely be about moving forward to get the medal. In this round of 16 boxing match, India’s Jadumani Singh will be seen facing Pakistan’s Sumama Rehman in the men’s 55 kg category. This match between India and Pakistan will be played at 11:45 pm Indian time.

Lawn bowls matches will also be played in the Commonwealth Games 2026 on July 26, in which India’s Rupa Rani and Pinky Singh will be seen in action in the women’s pairs. Whereas Putul Sonowal will be seen in men’s singles.
