Five girls drowned in two incidents in Satna and Sidhi districts of Madhya Pradesh and they died. The officials gave this information. Both these incidents took place on Saturday. Officials said that three sisters died in Satna due to drowning in the pit. Two of the three sisters were twins. At the same time, in Sidhi district, two sisters died due to drowning in a pond. Pits were dug months ago for road construction in Rechhul village under Jaso police station in Satna district. This pit was flooded.
In the case, Jaso police station in -charge Rohit Yadav said that the girls of Rajkumar Chaurasia of the village died of 8 -year -old Tanya and 5 -year -old twin sisters, Janhvi and Gauri died due to drowning in the pit of Rechhul village. Jaso police station in -charge said that these three girls had gone to the pit for bathing. After too late, when the girls did not come back, the family started searching for them. While searching, the family found it lying dead in the pit of the mine.
Police is investigating the case
Jaso police station in -charge said that the matter has been investigated. At the same time, the sarpanch of the village Sandhya Upadhyay said that the contractor did not take permission to dig the soil for the work of road construction. He worked to dig the soil without permission. Therefore, the recent rain filled the pits in the pits.
Girls who went to break flowers did not return
The police officer said that the people of the village also demonstrated demanding the arrest of the contractor. Talking about Sidhi district, two girls of Pand village died on Saturday due to drowning in Talab under Majhauli police station here. The age of the girls was 9 and 11 years old. Sub -inquiry PL Dandiya of Majhauli police station told that the girls of Ramsakha Sahu of the village had gone to break the flowers and went to Talab to take a bath.
The sub -engineer of Majhauli police station told that a person saw a basket of flowers. Then he gave information to the family members. As soon as the information was received, the police force also reached the spot. The dead body of both the girls was taken out. A case of attractive death has been registered and investigation has been started.
