IGL 2: Archana Puran Singh Not Offended By Samay Raina’s ‘Nalle’ Remark, Son Aaryamann Breaks Silence

Samay Raina’s remark towards Archana Puran Singh’s husband, Parmeet Sethi, and their sons received mixed reactions online. On India’s Got Latent 2, the stand-up comedian told Archana that he has seen in her vlogs that her husband doesn’t work. Samay even called her sons Aaryamann Sethi and Ayushmaan Sethi ‘nalle’. Now, in a video shared on Aary Vlogs, Aaryamann has finally reacted to Samay’s remark. Apart from him, Archana admitted that she wasn’t offended by anything the stand-up comedian said. She even urged others not to feel bad about the things Samay said to her and her family.

In a video,  who was accompanied by Parmeet and Aaryamann, said Kapil Sharma’s intent is not to hurt her when he cracks jokes on her. And the same goes with Samay. “When we are backstage, he touches my feet, we hug, we talk with mutual love and respect. We just joke and laugh about it. Similarly with Samay. I didn’t personally get offended by anything,” the actress added.

Aaryamann, on the other hand, stated that Samay didn’t try to insult or hurt them. The YouTuber added that he understands the fact people say a line was crossed. However, he doesn’t think it is important for everyone to get upset when the person who is the subject and the one who is making the joke don’t have a problem.

Archana also mentioned that she went to India’s Got Latent 2 knowing what kind of show it is. “Not to be taken seriously, just meant to be fun and laughter, and I am very used to this kind of humour and I didn’t feel bad at all. People keep saying your family was insulted, but it will be an insult if he meant it. He just wanted to create that one moment of laughter for everybody.” For her, that was the intent of Samay’s punch. She admitted having no regret about IGL 2.

Orhan Awatramani, Sharon Verma and Archana Puran Singh were seen as panellists on India’s Got Latent 2. In the next episode, Varun Dhawan will be seen alongside Samay. In a promo recently shared by Netflix, the stand-up comedian could be seen taking a dig at the Border 2 actor’s trademark . The episode, featuring Varun, will premiere on September 4.
