Sonam Wangchuk is on hunger strike at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi for the rights of students. Expressing deep concern for their health and well-being, Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswat appealed to the Government of India to intervene and resolve the situation, even if it meant forcibly ending the strike. He also appealed to Sonam Wangchuk to end her fast.
