If you are a son, this is like this! Father was dismissed for 11 years, fought the case and got back police uniform

It is said that the path of justice is long and difficult, but if someone walks on that path, then finally the floor is found. One such example has been set up by Abhishek Pandey, a resident of Jamuna Colri in Anuppur district, who struggled for 11 years for his father’s honor and justice and finally won from Madhya Pradesh High Court and gave his father a uniform again.

In 2013, Mithilesh Pandey was posted as constable at Umaria police station, but after departmental investigation, he was dismissed from service accusing him of keeping disproportionate assets. Mithilesh Pandey repeatedly pleaded for justice to the top officials of the police department, but his words were ignored. When all the expectations started to break, he knocked on the door of Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur and demanded justice.

The matter reached the court, but the decision took years due to departmental hurdles. Meanwhile, Mithilesh Pandey’s family struggled mentally, financially and socially. The financial condition of the house started deteriorating, the taunts of the society had to be heard, but the Pandey family did not give up. Meanwhile, his son Abhishek Pandey completed his law studies and started practicing in Jabalpur High Court after getting a degree of advocacy.

Abhishek himself fought his father’s case

Starting his career after becoming an advocate, Abhishek first raised his father’s case and put his full emphasis for justice. In 2024, in front of the High Court Justice Sanjay Dwivedi, he dismissed all the allegations in favor of his father and dismissed all the allegations.

In the court of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi, he put his father’s side with full confidence, logic and sensitivity. During the cross -examination, he proved before the court that the allegations against his father are baseless and he was not only wrongly removed from the job, but his self -esteem was also hurt. His hard work paid off and on 17 May 2024, the High Court issued an order to restore Mithilesh Pandey in re -service.

On April 5, father re -joined Juin at Anuppur police station

Following the court order, the Superintendent of Police of Anuppur again posted him on duty. On 5 April 2025, Mithilesh Pandey recorded his presence at Anuppur police station. The day was not just the restoration of the job for the Pandey family, but the day of return of justice, self -respect and trust. The father had tears in pride and gratitude. The son not only advocated, but brought back his father’s honor.

Local people also congratulated the Pandey family on this achievement and appreciated Abhishek Pandey, who proved that if the son is determined, he can also win the father’s battle. This story has become an example of unwavering loyalty, struggle and love of a son, which will live as an inspiration in the hearts of people for years.
