Investigation revealed that Neeraj Sharma’s husband Vijay Kumar Sharma was LDC in the court. After his death about a year ago, the family was in financial crisis. Had an eye on government job and property

It is alleged that Ayushi planned the murder along with her uncle Mohan Swaroop and cousin Balram alias Ravi. According to the police, a deal for Rs 7 lakh was made with Hemant Sharma, a resident of Bayana, Bharatpur, to carry out the murder. Hemant also involved his four associates in this incident. The entire team was given only one responsibility that Neeraj’s death should look as if he was hit by a speeding vehicle.
Collided at a speed of 130
At around 4:45 pm on July 3, Neeraj was returning home after leaving the coaching for her disabled son. Then a speeding SUV hit him hard. According to the police, the vehicle was running at a speed of about 130 kilometers per hour. The collision was so severe that Neeraj fell about 100 feet away and died on the spot. The driver immediately fled with the vehicle.
Layers of conspiracy revealed due to brother’s complaint
Initially the case seemed to be a hit and run, but Neeraj’s brother Rakesh Sharma lodged a complaint with the police and clearly said that his sister was murdered. She told that Neeraj had said many times that daughter Ayushi, mother-in-law and nephew Balram are continuously harassing her regarding property.

Police arrested Ayushi, her uncle Mohan Swaroop, alleged betel nut killer Hemant Sharma and four of his associates. While cousin brother Balram alias Ravi is still absconding. The SUV used in the murder has also been recovered.
