If heels crack in winter, wax will help, make crack cream at home

Along with this, the heels also become dry and start cracking in winter. But we do not pay much attention to it. Many people keep applying normal body cream on their heels but it does not make much difference. Because the skin on the heel of the foot is much tougher than the rest of the skin, normal creams do not have much effect on it and women are not able to wear their favorite shoes and have to keep them.

Use home remedies instead of creams

There are creams available to heal cracked heels, but those who do not want to buy them and want to get rid of this problem with some home remedies can cure it at home using waste wax.

Make cream from wax and camphor

To overcome the problem of cracked heels, you can make a paste by mixing wax and camphor. For this, first of all collect the wax present in the house in a steel bowl. Then melt this wax. – Now add a little mustard oil and 1 camphor tablet to the melted wax and mix well. Now keep this paste in a small box. Then apply this cream on your cracked heels. Apply it 2 to 3 times a day and then wear socks, preferably before sleeping at night. After a few days your heels will feel better and you will not feel any pain.

Cream can be made from beeswax and coconut oil

To make this cream, first of all collect candle wax and melt it. – Now add oil as required and mix. Then add 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel and 3 to 4 drops of essential oil and mix well. The mixture is ready, keep it in a small container and apply it on your cracked heels from time to time and even before sleeping at night. After a few days you will see better results.
