Along with this, the accused said that his mother’s neck would also be cut. After this threat from the accused, the victim girl reached Chinhat police station with her mother and filed a case with the police. The victim’s mother said in her complaint that her husband also died due to the threats of the accused.
Chinhat Kotwali police has registered a case and started investigating the matter. The mother of the victim, living in Judges Colony, Chinhat, Lucknow, told in the complaint given to the police that her daughter is studying LLB. Her husband was a judge in Bihar and after retirement started living in Lucknow. Meanwhile, a madman named Deepak Kumar, resident of East Champaran, Bihar, started harassing his daughter. The accused was pressurizing his daughter for marriage. If she refused, he would threaten.
The accused calls himself a 23 batch IAS officer
A complaint had been given to the police earlier also in this regard. Due to this threat, her husband’s health deteriorated and he died six months ago. Despite this, there was no decrease in the activities of the accused. According to the victim’s mother, the accused used to identify himself as an IAS of 2023 batch. He used to try to put pressure on his daughter by sending similar videos every day. During this time, when he tried to know about the accused, he came to know that he works in some company in Delhi.
Sent indecent messages to relatives also
He told that the accused had committed similar incidents with two-three other girls also. In this sequence, recently when the accused once again tried to threaten her daughter, she herself called him and scolded him. On this matter, the accused has sent a message threatening to burn his daughter alive and kill her. According to the victim, the accused is also trying to defame her relatives by sending obscene videos and messages. At present, the police have registered a case on the basis of the complaint and started investigating the matter.
