UP Weather Forecast 7 july 2026: The weather pattern is going to be changeable in Uttar Pradesh on 7th July 2026. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thundershowers amid the movement of clouds in most of the districts of the state. Humidity will also trouble people in some areas, while there are indications that rain activities will intensify in many districts in the next two-three days. Know how the weather, rain, electricity, humidity and temperature of major districts of UP will be today.
Highest chances of rain today in these districts of UP
The maximum temperature in the capital Lucknow is expected to be 37 and minimum 28 degrees Celsius. There may be light rain and thundershowers during evening and night. In Kanpur, there is a warning of strong wind at the speed of 30-40 km per hour and lightning along with rain with temperature between 34/26 degrees. Agra, Aligarh, Ballia, Bareilly, Bijnor, Meerut and Banda will also remain partly cloudy throughout the day and one or two spells of rain or thundershowers may occur. The temperature in Agra is expected to be 37/27, Aligarh 35/26, Ballia 34/26, Bareilly 33/27, Bijnor 32/24, Meerut 35/26 and Banda 34/24 degrees.
Weather will be pleasant in Ayodhya, Gonda, Basti, Prayagraj and Banaras.
Cloud movement will also continue in Ayodhya, Gonda, Basti, Prayagraj and Banaras (Varanasi) of Purvanchal. The temperature is likely to be 37/27 in Ayodhya, 36/29 in Gonda, 37/26 in Basti, 33/27 in Prayagraj and 35/27 degrees in Banaras. Light rain and thunderstorms may be seen in these districts, which is expected to provide some relief from the heat.
There will be humidity in Hapur, but relief is also expected
The maximum temperature in Hapur can be 37 degrees and minimum 30 degrees. There is a possibility of light rain amidst clouds here, although humidity may bother people.
Rain will increase in UP in the coming days
According to the Meteorological Department, between July 8 and 10, rain activities will intensify in many parts of the state. There is a possibility of heavy rain in many districts including Agra, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Banda, Bareilly and Meerut on July 9 and 10. After July 11, the temperature in most of the districts may reach between 30 to 33 degrees, which will provide further relief from the heat. At present, the people of the state are advised to avoid staying in open places during thunderstorms and rains and keep an eye on the latest warnings from the Meteorological Department.
