Highest heat in these districts of Uttar Pradesh, mercury will reach 43 degrees
Today the maximum temperature in Prayagraj, Banaras, Ballia, Banda, Kanpur and Ayodhya is expected to be around 43 degrees Celsius. Heat wave warning has also been issued in these districts. In Azamgarh also the temperature is likely to exceed 42 degrees and heat like conditions may persist for the next several days. Whereas in Agra, Lucknow and Aligarh the maximum temperature can reach 42 degrees Celsius. The temperature is expected to be 42 degrees in Meerut and 43 degrees in Bareilly.
Effect of heat wave in Eastern UP, signs of relief in settlements
The weather of Basti district is going to be slightly better than other districts. The maximum temperature here will be around 41 degrees and the minimum will be around 27 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be partly cloudy sky in the colony and there is a possibility of light rain or thundershowers in the coming days.
