  • First of all, peel the mangoes thoroughly and then cut them and put them in the mixer and make puree.
  • Cut 1 mango into small pieces and keep aside to garnish the ice cream.

  • Add mango puree and condensed milk to the prepared cream. Mix everything well with a spoon.
  • Add this mixture in a freezer and air proof container and after putting the lid on it let it freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
