A surprising case has come to light from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Where a person was accused of stealing Rs 20,000, he committed suicide. Police have found a note from the deceased in which it is written that he was being harassed in the theft case of Rs 20 thousand and was being asked to be removed from the job. The son of the deceased person has filed a complaint with the police at Nazirabad police station alleging mental torture.
A young man working as a salesman in a liquor shop in Kanpur committed suicide by jumping in front of a train after being accused of theft of Rs 20,000. The son of the deceased has given a complaint to the police in this case at Nazirabad police station in Kanpur. The son said in his complaint to the police that the manager and owner of the liquor shop were mentally harassing his father by accusing him of theft. The police found a suicide note near the dead body of the deceased youth in which it was clearly written that he had not stolen Rs 20,000. Despite this he was being mentally tortured. They were asking to remove him from his job. According to the suicide note found from the deceased, he also wrote that his family should not be harassed after his death due to the theft charges against him.
Was accused of stealing 20 thousand rupees
Based on the information received in the incident and the complaint, Police Station President Nazirabad Aman Singh said that Santosh Gupta, a resident of Jawahar Nagar, was working as a salesman in a liquor shop on 80 feet road. Santosh was accused of theft of Rs 20 thousand in a shop last month. Due to which he was suffering from depression and he used to quarrel with the owner and manager every day. Santosh has mentioned this in his suicide note.
Committed suicide by jumping in front of a train
He said that Santosh left the house early in the morning saying to his wife that see me for the last time, it is possible that I may not return home now. He committed suicide by jumping in front of the oncoming train at Gumti No. 5 railway crossing. Wife Sheela told that for the last several days, he used to say the same thing while leaving the house and had also told her about the theft allegation. But he said everything will be fine. If she had known that he was going to take such a big step today, she would have stopped him.

In the suicide note, deceased Santosh wrote that he was giving up his life of his own free will. He is deeply hurt by the allegations of theft against him. Till date he has not been accused of doing any wrong thing in his life. Police Station President Nazirabad Aman Singh said that investigation has revealed that this morning Santosh had left home for the shop. Where another conversation was heard with his manager Guddu and the owner. After which he directly reached Gumti No. 5 crossing and jumped in front of the train. On the basis of the complaint and suicide of the son of the deceased Santosh, the police have registered a case against two people under serious sections and have started taking further action.
