-4 bowls roasted sesame seeds

– 2 bowls of water

-2 bowls of jaggery

To make chiki, first take sesame seeds in a big vessel and roast them. Keep this vessel with a thick bottom so that the sesame seeds do not burn. If the sesame seeds are roasted then turn off the gas and take it out in another vessel and cool it. – Now mix water and jaggery in another vessel and boil on low flame. When this water starts turning into a thick foam, add roasted sesame seeds to it and then turn off the gas. Stir the mixture until it forms a ball. – After this apply ghee and make balls. Apart from this, you can also wrap it in plastic wrap over the rice and roll it thinly. This arrogance will gradually cool down. – Then cut it with a pizza cutter and keep it in an airtight container. Your tasty and healthy chikki is ready.
