Saharanpur police in Uttar Pradesh have caught four criminals who were committing robbery on the highway wearing women’s clothes. These miscreants used to make obscene gestures at the drivers and as soon as the vehicle stopped near them, they would beat up the driver, loot it and flee from the spot. During this time, these scoundrels did not hesitate even to commit murder. Complaints were continuously coming to the police regarding this gang. On the information of the informer, the police laid siege and arrested these four miscreants and exposed this gang.
After interrogating the miscreants, the police said that these miscreants used to stand on the highway wearing women’s clothes and with proper make-up. During this time, these miscreants used to attract the passers-by and drivers by shining torchlight and then luring them into having physical relations by taking them to a deserted place and committing robbery. In the month of February this year, these miscreants had murdered truck driver Wasim, a resident of Saharanpur. On the pretext of having physical relations, the accused took Wasim to a sugarcane field and after robbing him, strangulated him to death.

According to the police, at the behest of the accused, the cash and some identity cards looted from Wasim have been recovered from their possession. According to Saharanpur SP City Abhimanyu Manglik, the mastermind of the arrested accused is Zulfan. Whereas Parvez, Musahib and Sonu caught with him are his henchmen. According to the police, on the night of 5th February, this miscreant had lured truck driver Wasim by wearing women’s clothes between Ajay and Mannat Dhaba and committed this crime on the pretext of having fun.
The miscreants confessed to more than a dozen crimes
He told that only after this incident the police teams were searching for these miscreants. During this time, it was revealed that apart from the Wasim murder case, these criminals had also committed many other crimes. After identifying these miscreants and getting accurate input, the police laid siege near Dhamola river and took them into custody and interrogated them. During this period, the accused have confessed to more than a dozen incidents. Now the police is interrogating them in connection with other incidents that took place on the highway.
