Big action of the court in NEET leak case, now what will happen on June 9? Who is the mastermind of NEET paper leak? After all, who are you trying to save? What is the future plan of Cockroach Janata Party Chief Abhijeet Deepke?
New Delhi: A big update has come in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday extended the judicial custody of accused Shubham Khairnar till June 15. Khairnar was produced in the court after the previous judicial custody period ended. In the same case, Rouse Avenue Court has reserved its decision till June 9 on the bail plea of another accused Manisha Waghmare. Let us tell you that this action happened at a time when Cockroach Party Chief Abhijeet Dipke has come to Delhi from America and is protesting at Jantar Mantar regarding NEET paper leak.
Opposition to Manisha Waghmare’s bail
- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) strongly opposed Manisha’s bail. Calling him a ‘conspirator’, the CBI said that he was the one who obtained the leaked paper and then circulated it further. Manisha Waghmare is also arrested in this case and is currently in judicial custody.
- Special CBI judge Ajay Gupta heard the arguments of Waghmare’s lawyer Shreyas Gachhe and senior public prosecutor Neetu Singh on behalf of CBI. The agency claimed that Waghmare, along with retired Pune chemistry teachers Prahlad Kulkarni and Dhananjay Lokhande, obtained the leaked question paper and distributed it. According to CBI, bank records and statements of students show that money was given for exam material.
- The defense argued that Waghmare was a certified educational consultant who earned commission through student referrals. His lawyer also said that no incriminating evidence or cash was recovered in the search of his house.
- Waghmare’s lawyer also referred to her health and said she was suffering from vertigo and was recently hospitalized. On this, the court advised the defense to file a proper application regarding his medical condition. The court also said that the jail hospital is fully capable of handling such diseases.
How did the NEET matter reach Shubham Khairnar?
According to CBI, Dhananjay Lokhande took the exam material of NEET-UG 2026 from Waghmare and later delivered it to Shubham Khairnar. The agency says that it is necessary to interrogate the accused to expose the bigger conspiracy behind this leak and to identify other people involved in it.
