The longtime model, who joined several attendees like for the premiere of “La Venus Electrique,” wore a strapless peach gown courtesy of the Lebanese designer.
The dress was crafted with a structured bodice, with a plunging neckline, cinched waist and slightly emphasized hips to underscore the proportional play of the dress. A column gown provided the main body of the gown.
At the back waist of the dress, fabric that matched the body of the dress flowed behind Klum, giving the look an added touch of drama and softer, flowing element to contrast the structure of the dress’ body.
The base of the Elie Saab gown neckline featured a pink floral appliqué. The large floral included a bevy of petals with a center in a burst of yellow tone. Accents of lilacs and some speckled greens were featured behind the appliqué too, emphasizing the whimsy of Klum’s attire.
Elie Saab is a favorite designer of Klum, and she’s worn other pieces from the couturier at previous editions of the .
Last year’s pink number that Klum styled included a long train and featured floral inspiration with a series of pink petals creating the body and train of the dress. The look hailed from the designer’s collection.
The 2026 Cannes Film Festival kicked off on Tuesday and concludes on May 23. The 79th edition of the festival will include films like “Fatherland,” starring Oscar-nominated actress Sandra Hüller, “Full Phil,” starring Kristen Stewart and filmmaker James Gray’s “Paper Tiger.” Demi Moore, Ruth Negga and filmmaker Park Chan-wook serve on the 2026 Cannes Film Festival jury.
