Due to the unavailability of an ambulance, an 11-year-old boy had to take his injured elder brother to the hospital using a scrap-pulling rickshaw. The incident took place in Hasanpur village of Unchahar area. A 13-year-old boy fell from a wall and was seriously injured. The family made several attempts to call an ambulance, but received no response.

With no help in sight, the younger brother who is just 11 years old placed the injured boy on a hand-pulled rickshaw usually used for collecting scrap, the same kind his father uses for a living, and dragged it all the way to the hospital. A woman, possibly their mother, was seen walking behind the cart, pushing it from the back.
