Alcohol has ruined many homes and those who drink it spoil not only their own lives but also the lives of their family members. At the same time, sometimes someone’s drunkenness and drug addiction turn someone else into a murderer. The police have arrested the father of a young man in the case of murder that took place two days ago in Kanadiya area of Indore. According to the information received from the police, the son was beating his parents every day, due to which the father got upset and killed his son.
The police have arrested the accused father and are being interrogated. The accused has been identified as Shyamlal. Police said that the deceased had six crimes registered against him including robbery and embezzlement. According to Additional DCP Amarendra Singh, his father Shyamlal Naurang (60) has been arrested in the case of murder of Chetan Naurang (38) in Pahari Tekri middle class Mardana. Shyamlal told that even on the night of the incident he had beaten me and his wife badly. Shyamlal said, when the matter escalated beyond limits, out of anger I killed my son with a crowbar.
Son was a drug addict
During police interrogation, Shyamlal said, ‘The son was a drug addict. He used to ask for money and argue with us every day. Even on the day of the incident, he was demanding money for drugs. When his mother said that he had no money, he beat him. After this I kept hitting my son on the head. I did not think that my son would die. After this I made my son lie down on the bed. Shyamlal told that when he did not wake up after many efforts in the morning, he was taken to the doctor, where he was declared dead.
