Hollywood actress Hayden Panettiere’s sudden demise has sent shockwaves across Hollywood. The Ice Princess actress died at the age of 36 at an apartment in South Carolina. The cause of her death is not known yet, but reports say that she was found by first responders in cardiac arrest. Amid the mystery surrounding her shocking demise, reports claimed that her ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson were present at the scene when Hayden died. For those unversed, Brian and the actress had a complicated, on-again, off-again relationship. He had even been accused of domestic violence against her. Now, in a first statement through his attorney, he has broken his silence.

The statement, shared by ‘s legal team with TMZ, read: “Hayden’s death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed.”
“As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Out of respect for Hayden’s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time,” it concluded.

Brian Hickerson Was With Hayden Panettiere When She Died
This comes days after it was reported that Brian was present at the residence where was pronounced dead.
Reportedly, he had been asleep in a different room when his brother Zack found Hayden unresponsive in a chair in the living room. He appeared “emotional” as medics failed to revive the actress. She was pronounced dead after around 30 minutes of attempts to save her life.
According to reports, Brian showed officers a bag containing medications that Hayden had been taking before her death.
While several reports have mentioned a possible overdose, the cause of her death has not been revealed yet. Meanwhile, the DEA recently got involved in the case as the investigation into Hayden’s death intensified.
Who Is Brian Hickerson?
Brian, who had an ,with Panettiere, started dating her in 2018. The duo’s tumultuous relationship was no secret. He was accused of domestic violence by the actress and was arrested in 2019 for allegedly injuring her.
A year later, Panettiere broke up with him and also filed a restraining order against him. It is currently not known if they were back together and the reason behind Brian’s presence at the residence has also not been revealed.
