Actor has revealed that he has often considered quitting acting due to the emotional toll of portraying intense characters. “Taking intense characters and performing them over the years makes you a very moody person. The mood swings are way too high. For the past 10 years, I’ve had thoughts of quitting acting. But then I find a nice role and go back to work,” he said in a recent podcast. The actor added that he now longs for lighter projects, saying, “Lately, I have been craving to do a commercial film. I want to do complete nonsense work. I want to escape from all the things I have been doing.” Manoj also admitted, “A lot of times, I don’t have any memory of the roles I have done.”
