1. Change number online at home

  • If you do not want to stand in the queue at the bank and you have internet banking or the bank’s mobile app, then you can do this work in 5 minutes.
  • First of all, go to the official website of your bank or their mobile app and login with your ID-password.
  • On the home page you will see the option of ‘Profile’, ‘Settings’ or ‘Personal Details’, click on it.
  • There you will find a button to change or update your mobile number (Update Contact Details).
  • For security, the bank will send an OTP to your old number.
  • If the old number has been switched off, you can prove your identity by entering your ATM card (Debit Card) details, answers to secret questions or profile password.
