Material
Milk – 1.5 liters
Aloe Vera Sticks – 4-5
Sugar – 100 grams
Coconut flakes – 1 cup
Desi Ghee – 1 tbsp
Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Aloe Vera Barfi Recipe
1. Cut the aloe vera and take out all its pulp in a bowl.
2. Put the aloe vera pulp in a blender and blend to make juice.
3. Put milk in a vessel and let it boil. Add aloe vera juice to it and mix well.
4. Cook for two minutes and add sugar to the vessel. Also add coconut to the powder.
5. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
6. Finally add desi ghee and green cardamom powder.
7. Turn off the gas and take out the mixture in a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread it and make a layer as thick as ice.
8. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then cut it into pieces.
9. Your aloe vera barfi is ready.
