Purnia MP Pappu Yadav came to appear in Ghazipur court of Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. During this, Lawrence spoke openly on the threat given by Bishnoi along with Jharkhand elections and Bihar by-elections. Pappu Yadav had entered Ghazipur with a large convoy during the election campaign in 1993. After this, his convoy was stopped by the local police and a case was registered. Although the court had acquitted him in this case, the government lawyer appealed once again in this case.
After this the hearing of this case started once again. For the first time, the date was fixed for 4th November, but Pappu Yadav did not appear then. The court had issued a BNBW against him and ordered him to be arrested by the Mohammadabad Police and presented in the court, after which on Thursday Pappu Yadav along with his convoy appeared in the court of MP-MLA Court Judge Shakti Singh. The next date in this case has now been fixed as December 4.
