The lift of BJP office Panchkamal located in Panchkula, Haryana got stuck on Tuesday. At that time, Haryana’s Agriculture Minister and many MLAs were present in the lift. As soon as this news was received, there was a stir in the party office. With great difficulty the ministers and MLAs were taken out by opening the emergency exit of the lift. At the time of this incident, Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana along with other MLAs was going to attend the party legislature party meeting organized under the chairmanship of BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli in Panchkamal.
After this incident, orders have been given to investigate the matter. According to the information, shortly after the minister and MLAs were taken out of the lift, the technical fault was rectified and the lift was started. Let us tell you that in the recently held Haryana Assembly elections, 42 BJP candidates had lost the elections. Therefore, this defeat also had to be reviewed in this meeting. For this, first the election management committee meeting was held. In this, all the 42 candidates who lost the elections along with the MLAs were also called.
Round of meetings started in Panchkamal
Apart from the party’s state president Mohan Lal Barauli, organization general secretary Phanindra Nath Sharma and Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Barala were present in this meeting. After this meeting, a meeting of 6 small groups was held in the evening. According to official sources, the round of meetings will continue on Wednesday also. In this sequence, a meeting of BJP core group and all the MPs is also to be held. Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana of CM Nayab Singh Saini’s cabinet also attended the same meeting.
Ministers and MLAs evacuated through emergency exit
As soon as I entered the lift with some MLAs, the lift started and within a few moments got stuck between two floors. The minister immediately informed the office administrator about the matter. After this, the admin staff opened the emergency exit and took out the minister and MLAs. After this, the technical fault of the lift was rectified and it was made operational again.
