In a village of Pingawan police station area of Nuh, Haryana, a three and a half year old girl was raped by 30-year-old Harishchandra, who lived near her house, and threw her body down the hill. Actually, the girl had suddenly disappeared while playing near her house, after which her family members started searching for her. After 5 to 6 hours, the girl’s body was found in a blood soaked condition.
At first the accused kept pretending to search for the girl along with his family members, but in the meantime people saw blood marks on his pants. After this suspicion started rising on him. When the police interrogated strictly, the accused accepted the incident of raping the girl. On Saturday evening, the girl was playing in the street as usual, when he kept hovering around her and then took the girl to the hill on the pretext of giving her chips.
Raped after taking her to the hill
After taking the girl to the hill, accused Harishchandra raped her. When the girl started screaming, he pressed her mouth so hard that she died. After this the accused ran away leaving the girl on the same hill. He came back and pretended to search with the girl’s family members, as soon as the family members were about to reach the girl. He would mislead them.
Report mentions rape twice
Meanwhile, he threw the girl’s body into a 50 feet deep ditch from the hill, but after some time people reached the girl’s body. The police took the girl’s body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. The report revealed that the girl was raped twice. Apart from this, one leg of the girl was also broken due to falling from height.
Case registered against the accused
The accused lives just five houses away from the girl’s house. He is a drug addict and that is why he is not even married. When forced to do so, he himself confessed to the incident of raping the girl. The police have registered a case against the accused and have started further action. This incident happened on Saturday, November, on which investigation is going on.
