It was learned that 18 months ago, this prisoner named Bipin was sent to Beur Jail in the Poxo Act. It is being told that earlier Bipin used to teach in a coaching center located near Saguna mode in Danapur in the capital. During this, he beat up a student. After this incident, the student filed a case against them under the Poxo Act. Due to this, the police arrested him and sent him to jail. Since that time, he was in jail.
Staying in jail
However, he continued his studies in jail and cleared BPSC while in jail. He told that during his stay in jail, he got full opportunity and studied eight to 10 hours daily. On the other hand, the officials of the Education Department said that Bipin took part in the BPSC examination held in the state recently and passed this exam with good marks.
