Govinda and Sunita Ahuja’s marriage has been in the news for quite some time now. The latter recently withdrew her divorce case against the actor, which was registered in Mumbai. While Sunita hasn’t made an appearance since then, Govinda was spotted at a hospital in the city on Saturday. The paparazzi saw the actor exiting the hospital with his team. Govinda dodged the paparazzi amid the ongoing controversy with Sunita. The reason behind his hospital visit is not clear, as the actor refused to give out details.

A day after withdrawing the divorce case against Govinda, Sunita spoke to on a call. The interaction was public as paparazzi were covering the conversation. Sawant said, “Bahot achcha kiya, joh bhi kiya,” before Sunita added, “Dekh Rakhi, main itna din tak chup thi na, paach-cheh saal tak? Woh usko meri jagah dega… Ek biwi hoke mujhe kaisa lagega.”

Shashi Sinha told India Today, “I am hearing this from you. Aisa kuch nahi hai aur nahi hoga. Koi doosri shaadi nahi ho rahi (There’s nothing like this, nor will it happen. There’s no second marriage happening). She is his wife, and there must be something going on in her mind that she made those claims.” He further hoped that Govinda and Sunita solve their differences.

Govinda and Sunita’s controversy escalated when the latter called him ‘s ‘sugar daddy’ post his frequent airport visits with her. She is his co-star in an upcoming film titled Roopa. Govinda then said in a video, “Sunita ji aap bohot zyada ma behen ki gaaliyan dene lagi hai. Ishwar se aap banaiye ki log aapse prerit ho rahe hain. Ab aapka aaina dekhenge. Youngsters aapse ummeed karte hain ki jis tarah ka aap vyavhar karengi, they will follow it. Kahi aapke saath bhi log ma behen ki gaali dena shuru kar denge toh bohot lajjit ho jayenge hum sab. Don’t do this. Sasta kar diya hai yeh ma behen ka naam. Aapse yeh apekshit nahi.”
