Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held a meeting with Google Cloud India officials and discussed AI-based technical cooperation in Madhya Pradesh, establishment of AI Center of Excellence in Indore and preparations to make Simhastha-2028 high-tech.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held an important meeting with senior officials of Google Cloud India in the Ministry on May 20. During this, there was a detailed discussion on Artificial Intelligence (AI) based cooperation to make the administrative functioning in the state more effective and to strengthen the preparations for Simhastha-2028 with technology. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Neeraj Mandloi, Principal Secretary of Science and Technology Department M. Selvendram and many senior officials of Google Cloud India were present in the meeting.
Indore AI Center of Excellence: AI Center of Excellence to be established in Indore
During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Neeraj Mandloi informed that a big agreement is going to be signed soon between Madhya Pradesh Government and Google Cloud India. Under this partnership, a state-of-the-art ‘Center for Excellence’ will be established in Indore. An MOU for this will be signed soon.
He told that more than 10 thousand AI developers will be connected through this centre. This center will play an important role in providing real time AI technical support to Madhya Pradesh as well as the entire country and South Global.
MP Government AI Initiative: Many departments will be empowered with AI technology
Representatives of Google Cloud India told the Chief Minister that they got better support from the state government during the recently organized AI Summit, after which the company has started work towards implementing AI based technology in many major departments of the state. Many departments including agriculture, education, forest, women and child development are being empowered with modern AI technology, so that government services can be made more effective and transparent.
Simhastha 2028 AI Support: Crowd and traffic management will be done through AI in Simhastha-2028.
There was also discussion in the meeting on making Simhastha-2028 a technology-based and world-class event. Google Cloud India said that with the help of AI technology, crowd management, traffic control, civil defense and emergency services in the Simhastha Fair can be made more modern and effective.
The company assured that it will provide all possible technical support to make Simhastha-2028 a safe, well-organized and better experience event through AI and digital solutions. Many other technical topics were also discussed in detail in the meeting.
