The matter is related to the recovery of Mughalsarai police station of Chandauli district. Due to the complaint, the then Chandauli SP Amit Kumar II and Inspector implicated Anil Kumar Singh in a false case and attempts were made to murder Manju Nath, Amit Jethwa, Satyendra Kumar Dubey, Anil Singh and Satish Sethi.

Anil Singh was kidnapped

After information, all four were murdered except Anil. After the incident, Anil started living in his in-laws’ house in Badhara of Nandganj police station area of ​​Ghazipur. Anil alleges that the accused policemen kidnapped him from his in-laws’ house on September 5, 2021 and tried to murder him. However, his daughter Khushboo had given this information on number 100, due to which his life was saved.

Why was the complaint not filed?

Anil Singh’s daughter complained against the accused policemen in Nandganj police station but no case was registered. In such a situation, Anil Singh filed a case under 156(3) in the CJM Court Ghazipur and the court ordered to register a case against all the 18 policemen. The case was related to the police and it involved officers from constable to IPS level, due to which the police was reluctant to register the case.

Anil Singh then went to the High Court against this and filed a contempt case, in such a situation three months ago the court ordered to register the case. Anil Singh’s advocate Munnu Lal, while confirming the FIR, said that a contempt hearing was to be held in the High Court today, to avoid which the FIR has been registered at Nandganj police station yesterday.
