Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a major auction of plots in several major residential and commercial schemes including Indirapuram. Indirapuram becomes the biggest auction center
This time the maximum focus of GDA is on Indirapuram and its expansion plan. A total of 62 plots have been put up for auction here. According to GDA data, the auction held last year had received an excellent response from investors. The authority had earned an income of about Rs 288 crore from sales in schemes like Govindpuram, Indirapuram, Indraprastha, Kaushambi and Pratap Vihar. This data shows that demand for land and commercial properties in the NCR region continues to be strong.
Application date and complete auction schedule
According to GDA, interested buyers can apply till June 17. After this, e-auction will be organized on June 20, in which successful bidders will be able to purchase the concerned plot. Officials say that this time plots of different sizes and uses have been included so that more and more people can get the opportunity to participate.
