Last year, on November 11, 2023, an incident of gang rape of a girl took place in a home stay located at Face 2, Agra. Now the same girl was found on the road in an intoxicated state on Sunday night. The girl alleges that people who knew the rape accused called her through a friend. Then, under pressure, he got the agreement affidavit signed, after which he was made to drink alcohol and thrown out of the moving car.
The girl, the victim of gang rape, had filed a case against the accused only last year. The accused include Ravi Rathore, Jitendra Rathore, Dev Kishore, Manish Kumar, Sonu, Ashok and an unknown person. Police have arrested Ravi Rathore, Dev Kishore, Jitendra Rathore, Manish Kumar and Riya and sent them to jail. The bail of the accused has been cancelled. The search for an absconding accused is ongoing.
Police found the girl in a distraught condition
On Sunday evening, the police found the girl in a delirious condition in Bamrauli Katara area. Police station incharge Tajganj Jasveer Singh and Bamrauli Katara police station incharge reached the spot. The girl’s tongue was stuttering due to intoxication. The girl told that she was called through a friend named Manoj. Advocates of the rape accused put pressure on him to compromise. A girl also came with him. At his request she agreed to the compromise. After getting the affidavit signed, he was given alcohol to drink. Later the accused threw him from the car on the way and ran away.
The girl was sent for medical
DCP City Suraj Kumar Rai said that the girl has been sent for medical treatment. He is not in a position to talk, he will be interrogated. A case will be registered on the basis of the complaint. The girl has not told anything about any incident like rape or molestation.
