2 small soya chunks
1 cup vital wheat gluten or 1 cup all-purpose flour (if gluten is not present)
2 to 3 tablespoons gram flour (optional)
one teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon ginger powder or paste
one spoon oil
water as per need
Prepare raw soya chaap like this
- First of all, soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. When it becomes soft, squeeze out the water and grind it in a grinder to make a paste.
- Put the paste of soya chunks in a big vessel and add gluten or flour, salt and oil in it.
- Now add some water to it and knead it well.
- Keep in mind that your batter should be smooth and slightly elastic.
