A case of murder of youth Ahsan Hasan alias Hrithik by slitting his throat has come to light in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The family members have accused friends of murder over a dispute of Rs 25,000. The police have arrested two accused and intensified the investigation.
The murder of a youth in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh created a sensation in the entire area. After the dead body of a youth was found near a house in Bhojpur police station area, police reached the spot and started investigation. The deceased was identified as Ahsan Hasan alias Hrithik. The family members have accused his friends of the murder and claimed that an old rivalry over a transaction of Rs 25,000 became the reason for the incident.
Allegation of calling on the pretext of birthday party, claim of money dispute
According to family members, Hrithik’s friend Tanzeem owed him Rs 25,000. A few days ago, there was a dispute and fight between the two over demanding money. The matter reached the police station, where the dispute was settled after the agreement. The family alleges that due to this rivalry, Tanzeem and his two associates called Hrithik from home on the pretext of a birthday party on Saturday night and murdered him. Based on the complaint of the family members, the police have registered the case and started investigation.

Brother made serious allegations, police caught two accused
Deceased’s brother Adnan told that at around 12:30 in the night, a young man’s mother came to his house and informed about the incident. After this the family members went out in search of Hrithik. At around 3 o’clock in the night, information was received that a dead body was found behind Garib Nawaz Hall located at Tajpur Mafi.
Adnan alleges that Hrithik’s neck was almost cut. He was also hit several times on his head with a heavy object. He claimed that Faiz and Tanveer have been arrested in this case. Police said that till now two accused have been arrested and many important evidences have also been collected from the spot.
SP said – the incident happened due to old rivalry, investigation continues
According to SP Rural Kunwar Akash Singh, preliminary investigation has revealed that the deceased had gone with his three friends. There was an altercation over an old rivalry, after which he was attacked with a sharp weapon and murdered. Police have registered a case against three named accused under relevant sections. The body has been sent for post-mortem and a detailed investigation into the case is underway. Police say that further legal action will be taken based on investigation and evidence.
