‘Karan was interested in me’
In an exclusive conversation with Telly Masala, Saanvi rubbished rumors that she liked Karan Kundrra. He said that Karan Kundrra was interested in me, not me in him. She told that during the shooting there were many such scenes where she became very uncomfortable. The actress told that there was a scene in the bathroom in the serial, which was very difficult for her to do. That scene made me so uncomfortable that I chose to speak instead of remaining silent.
‘Told Karan Kundra’s girlfriend’
Saanvi told that at that time she told this to Karan Kundra’s then girlfriend Anusha Dandekar. After this she herself (Anusha) started coming to the set. She herself started keeping an eye on everything happening there.
Uproar over kissing scene
Saanvi Talwar recalls a controversial kissing scene and said, ‘
I was devastated after that incident and went into depression. During a scene, Karan Kundrra kissed me even before the director said ‘action’. This was completely wrong, as no such instructions were given at that time. I found this extremely offensive, so I slapped him in anger.

The actress further claimed that after some time Karan returned to the set and slapped her hard in front of everyone. According to Saanvi,
The slap was so strong that she fell on the ground, but none of the crew members or direction team members present on the set supported her. Not only this, during that incident me and my parents were also abused. I was completely broken. At that very moment I took my car, went home and decided that I would no longer work in this industry.
Ekta ma’am apologized
After this incident, Ekta ma’am apologized to me on Karan’s behalf and called me to the office. We had a conversation. After this the director of the show was removed. But it was a serial, so I had to do the remaining episodes with Karan.
