Where is this place?

If you are a nature lover then you will definitely like watching sunset and sunrise. You can go to Sunset Point in Agumbe village. It falls on the Udupi-Augambi road. You will have to walk for about 10 to 15 minutes from Agumbe village and you can see the sunset from the highest point here.

You must visit the Kundadri hills located near Agumbe village. It is surrounded by dense forests and the views of the Western Ghats are very charming. Two lakes and an ancient Jain temple are also located here. This place is best for family members as well as adventure lovers.
Sri Venugopala Krishna Swamy Temple
You can also visit Sri Venugopala Krishna Swamy Temple located at a short distance from here. Although it falls approximately 20 to 25 kilometers. How to reach and best time?
If you want to come here, then the time from March to May is considered good and months like October, February are good. Avoid going here in monsoon. If you want to reach here then the nearest airport is Mangalore, but it is about 95 km from the valley. You can reach here by taking a taxi. If you go here by train, you can get down at Udupi railway station. The distance from here to the village is approximately 50 km. You can take government buses from here. You can reach here by road also. After reaching Bangalore or Mangalore, drive further. The beauty of the route will also mesmerize you.
