Fintech platform GetVantage raises Rs 63 Cr in Series A1 round

GetVantage, a B2B fintech platform for MSMEs, has raised Rs 63 crore in a Series A1 round of funding through a mix of debt and equity.

The funding round was co-led by Rajeev Ahuja, former MD of RBL Bank and SanRaj Group. It also saw participation from Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint.

GetVantage offers a full suite of cash-flow-based financing, term loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances tailored to small business operating cycles. In the coming months, the fintech firm is expected to announce several seller-financing partnerships with leading digital ecosystems.

The company will use the funds to primarily scale its technology platform Capital Gateway, an API ecosystem which enables B2B ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics hubs to embed financing options directly into their merchant ecosystems.

GetVantage’s founder Bhavik Vasa said, “Our growth and momentum validate our evolution into India’s Capital Gateway: just as payment gateways support a small business to accept digital payments, Capital Gateway supports small businesses to access working capital instantly and seamlessly.”

The fund raise allows the fintech firm to evolve from a revenue-based financing model to an embedded cash-flow financing platform for small businesses.

According to GetVantage, unlike traditional lending that often relies heavily on collateral and rigid historical data, it uses alternative data and predictive analytics to underwrite businesses based on actual cash flows. This approach, it claims, reduces the friction Indian founders and SMEs face when seeking growth capital.

Rajeev Ahuja, said, “The next decade of India’s growth relies on unlocking credit for millions of MSMEs, a massive-scale challenge that cannot be solved by traditional banking models alone. GetVantage has built a robust, tech-first infrastructure that bridges this gap seamlessly.”

Rajdip Gupta, Director at SanRaj Group said, “As founders backing founders, we recognise the immense friction small businesses face in accessing flexible scale capital. GetVantage’s API-driven Capital Gateway is an absolute game-changer for digital merchant ecosystems.”
