- Provision of immediate justice: In this new bill, there is a strong proposal to create special ‘fast-track courts’ in every state of the country, so that the accused of paper leak can be prosecuted quickly and sent behind the bars and their punishment can be further increased.
- 2 Months Time Limit: Under the new provisions, it has been made mandatory to complete the investigation of any paper leak case within two months in any case, so that the students’ year is not wasted.
