Should the yellow part of the egg be eaten or not?

However, not everyone needs to stop the yolk completely, because it also contains nutrients like Vitamin A, D, E and B12. Balance is important, taking whole eggs 2-3 times a week is considered safe for most people, but it is better to decide the diet according to the individual situation.
