Today i.e. on Monday, farmers are going to march to Delhi, the effect of which has started being visible on the streets. Heavy traffic jam is being seen in Delhi-NCR. Police have closed some routes coming to Delhi and diverted the routes. The possibility of traffic had already been predicted. In view of heavy traffic, traffic advisory has been issued in Delhi and Noida. People have been advised to use the metro. Know where there is heavy traffic jam at this time…
At present, traffic jams are being seen on DND Route, Kalindi Border, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida Expressway, Noida Sector-15, Surajpur and Peripheral Expressway. All goods vehicles have been banned from entering Delhi through these routes. The traffic police has issued a traffic advisory for people going from here.
1- You can go from Sandeep Paper Mill Chowk, Jhundpura Chowk via Sector-15.
2- Vehicles going to Delhi from DND border can go through Filmcity flyover via Sector-18 using the elevated road.
3- Vehicles coming from Kalindi Border Delhi will be able to go through Mahamaya flyover via Sector-37.
4- Vehicles going from Greater Noida towards Delhi will be able to go through Charkha roundabout via Kalindi Kunj.
5- Vehicles going from Greater Noida to Delhi can go via Hajipur underpass towards Kalindi Kunj and from Sector-51 to Sector-60 via Model Town.
6- Traffic going to Delhi using Yamuna Expressway will be able to get down from Jewar Toll towards Khurja and go via Jahangirpur.
7- The traffic going to Delhi via Sirsa, Parichowk after getting off the Peripheral Expressway will be able to go via Dadri, Dasna instead of getting down at Sirsa.
8- Emergency vehicles will be sent to safe destinations during diversion.
March starts from 12 o’clock
Farmers will start their march from under the Mahamaya flyover at 12 noon today. They will leave for Delhi in their tractor-trolleys. To stop the farmers, Noida Police has put up barriers on all the borders connecting Gautam Buddha Nagar to Delhi. Checking is being done on all routes by Delhi Police and Noida Police.
