Seven thousand people have been invited to the consecration ceremony of Ramlila in Ram temple. It is said that Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has invited many VVIPs including veteran cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, film star Amitabh Bachchan and industrialist Mukesh Ambani. The special thing is that the families of the Kar Sevaks killed in 1992 have also been invited to this programme. Invitations have also been sent to Arun Govil (Lord Ram), who played the role of Lord Ram in Ramayana, and Deepika Chikhalia, who played the role of Goddess Sita.
The consecration of Ram Lala in the Ram temple will take place on 22 January 2024, for which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already been invited. Apart from this, the Trust has sent invitations to 7 thousand people including 3000 VVIPs. These include the families of Kar Sevaks killed in 1992, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Yoga Guru Ramdev, industrialist Ratan Tata, industrialist Gautam Adani. Apart from this, about 4 thousand saints have also been called from the country.
One representative each will be called from 50 countries
According to Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, an effort is being made to invite one representative from 50 countries for the consecration ceremony. People from 50 Karsevak families who lost their lives during the movement have also been invited. He said that invitation letters have also been sent to judges, scientists, writers and poets. Rai said that apart from this, saints, priests, Shankaracharyas, religious leaders, former bureaucrats, retired military officers, lawyers, musicians and personalities awarded with Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan have also been invited.
Entry will be available through bar code pass
Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) spokesperson Sharad Sharma said- ‘We have also invited those journalists who had supported the Ram Mandir movement.’ He told that VVIP will get entry through bar code pass. Of the 7,000 people invited, about 4,000 will be religious leaders from across the country. A link will be shared with invitees before the ceremony. Once they are registered with the link, a code will be generated that will act as an entry pass.

The work of making the statue will be done by 15
The idol of Ramlala will be ready by December 15 to be installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple being built at Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. Officials said that the work of making three idols of Lord Ramlala is nearing completion, one of which will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram temple. He told that out of the three statues, two are made from stone from Karnataka and one from Rajasthan. Officials said that the religious committee of the temple trust will select the best idol for consecration in the sanctum sanctorum on December 15.
