Remain in this position for 15 to 20 seconds and come back to normal position. You have to repeat this exercise 5 to 7 times. It helps in activating the muscles of the cheeks, due to which the face looks toned.

Nowadays, fat gets accumulated not only in the stomach or thighs but also below the neck of some people, which is called double chin. It spoils the entire look of the face. You can do this exercise to lift your cheeks. To do this, while smiling, place your fingers lightly on the cheeks. Now try to lift your cheeks upward and hold for a few seconds. After this relax. By doing this 10 times daily, cheeks can look more firm and lifted.
