Khajuwala Seat: On the Khajuwala seat reserved for Scheduled Caste, Dr. Vishwanath Meghwal of BJP is in the fray against Govind Ram Meghwal of Congress. In the 2018 elections also, there was a contest between Govind Meghwal and Dr. Vishnath Meghwal. In which Govind Ram got 82,994 votes and won the election by a margin of 31,089 votes.

Bikaner West Seat: Ashok Gehlot government’s Education Minister Bulaki Das Kalla is in the fray from Bikaner West assembly seat of Bikaner district, while BJP’s Jethanand Vyas is in front of him. This seat came into existence after delimitation in 2008. Bulaki Das, one of the leaders close to Gehlot, has been winning elections from here even before 2018. Bulaki had defeated BJP’s Dr Gopal Joshi in 2018.

Taranagar Seat: This time the competition on Taranagar seat will be tough. Veteran leader Narendra Budhania is contesting from Congress’s side from Taranagar seat of Churu district while Rajendra Singh Rathore is contesting from BJP’s side. Rajendra Singh Rathore is the Leader of Opposition in the House while Budhaniya has been an MP several times. Narendra Budhania had won the match in 2018.

Mandawa Seat: There is going to be a tough contest on Mandawa seat of Jhunjhunu district. From here, BJP MP Narendra Kumar is in the fray while Congress has fielded Rita Choudhary. This area has been a stronghold of Congress and till now it has won 9 times. Narendra Kumar had won from here in 2018, but this seat became vacant after being elected in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. But BJP had lost from here in the by-election.

Lachhmangarh Seat: On Lachhmangarh seat of Sikar district, Congress has fielded Minister Govind Singh Dotasara while BJP has fielded Subhash Mahariya. Govind Singh Dotasara had won in 2018 also. Govind has won the last 3 elections (2008, 2013 and 2018).

Jhotwara Seat: Jhotwara seat of Jaipur has become a high profile seat. Former Union Minister and MP from Jhotwara, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore is contesting the elections on BJP ticket. Abhishek Chaudhary is presenting the challenge on behalf of Congress. Presently Lalchand Kataria of Congress is the MLA from Jhotwara. He defeated BJP candidate Rajpal Singh Shekhawat.

Amber Seat: From Jaipur’s Amer seat, BJP has fielded Deputy Leader of Opposition in the House, Dr. Satish Poonia, while Congress has fielded Prashant Sharma against MLA Satish Poonia. BJP had won in 2018. Poonia had defeated Prashant Sharma of Congress.

Vidhyadhar Nagar Seat: BJP has been in control of Vidyadhar Nagar seat of Jaipur. BJP has canceled the ticket of the MLA and has fielded MP Diya Kumari, who belongs to the former royal family of Jaipur. Whereas Congress has placed its bet on local leader Sitaram Aggarwal. Congress has not won the last 3 elections here.

Civil Lines Seat: Another popular seat of Jaipur is Civil Lines. Pratap Singh Khachariyawas is contesting from Civil Lines seat on behalf of Congress while BJP has fielded Gopal Sharma. Pratap Singh Khachariyawas is the MLA from here. He is also a minister in the Gehlot government.

Tijara Seat: Everyone’s eyes are on Tijara seat of Alwar district. BJP has fielded MP Yogi Baba Balaknath from here. Whereas Congress has given ticket to Imran Khan in front of him. In 2018, Imran Khan had won here on Bahujan Samaj Party ticket, later he joined Congress. Congress has now given ticket to Imran Khan from here. This is considered a Muslim dominated area.

Bharatpur Seat: There are chances of a tough election in Bharatpur seat, which is called the eastern gate of Rajasthan. Ocean Seat: Congress has fielded Divya Maderna from Osian assembly seat of Jodhpur district while BJP has given ticket to Bhairaram Chaudhary in front of her. In the last election, Congress’s Divya Maderna defeated BJP’s Bhairam Seol. This seat is known because of the Maderna family. Divya Maderna’s father Mahipal Maderna was also elected MLA. Sardarpura Seat: Sardarpura seat is a very important seat in the politics of the state. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is contesting from this seat of Jodhpur. BJP has fielded Mahendra Singh Rathore ahead of him. Rathore has also been the chairman of Jodhpur Development Authority. Gehlot has been MP from Jodhpur city five times and was also elected MLA from Sardarpura five times.

Pokaran Seat: The election is going to be tough on Pokaran seat of Jaisalmer district adjacent to the international border. From here, Congress has fielded Muslim religious guru Saleh Mohammed, while BJP has once again given ticket to Mahant Pratap Puri. Udaipur Seat: Congress national spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh is contesting from Udaipur assembly seat of Udaipur district against whom BJP has fielded Tarachand Jain. BJP leader Gulabchand Kataria has been elected from here in the last 4 elections. In 2018 also, Kataria was victorious.

Begun Seat: Congress has fielded Rajendra Singh Bidhuri from Begun assembly seat in Chittorgarh district and BJP’s Suresh Dhakad is challenging him. In 2018 also, there was a contest between Rajendra Singh Bidhuri and Suresh Dhakad in which Congress won.

Chittorgarh Seat: Surendra Singh Jadawat, who was a minister in Gehlot government, is in the fray from Chittorgarh seat of Chittorgarh district and ahead of him BJP has fielded Narpat Singh Rajvi. In 2018, Chandrabhan Singh Akya of BJP had won.

Nathdwara Seat: There is a tough contest between Congress and BJP on Nathdwara seat also. Congress has fielded CP Joshi on Nathdwara seat of Rajsamand district while BJP has given ticket to Kunwar Vishwaraj Singh Mewar. CP Joshi is also the Speaker of Rajasthan Assembly. CP Joshi had won the 2018 elections.

Kota North Seat: Kota North seat is considered a very high profile seat in the state politics because this seat is the area of ​​minister Shanti Kumar Dhariwal, who is said to be close to Ashok Gehlot. This time too, Shanti Kumar Dhariwal is contesting the elections on Congress ticket while Prahlad Gunjal is in the fray from BJP. Jhalrapatan Seat: Jhalawar district is said to be the stronghold of Vasundhara Raje Scindia. She has been contesting elections from Jhalrapatan assembly seat here. This time too she is contesting the elections on BJP ticket while Congress has fielded Ramlal Chauhan. Vasundhar has been continuously contesting assembly elections from Jhalrapatan since 2003 and has been winning. She has also been an MP.
