Jaw release exercise is also very effective. In this you have to make movements like chewing while keeping your mouth closed. Then slowly open your mouth and make aah sound. During this, keep the tongue behind the lower teeth. You have to do this 10 times. This strengthens the jaw muscles and the fat near the jaw starts reducing.

Doing fish face exercise can also be effective in reducing double chin. To do this, pull your cheeks in and shrink your lips. Your mouth will become like a fish. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds. You have to do this 10 to 12 times. This exercise helps in tightening the cheeks and jaw.

neck roll exercise

By doing this exercise, the double chin will not only be reduced but it will also provide relief from neck pain. In this you have to slowly rotate the neck in a circular motion (clockwise and anti-clockwise). Repeat this 5 to 8 times. This improves blood circulation and makes the jaw line sharp.

tongue stretch exercise

To do tongue stretch exercise, take out your tongue as much as you can. Hold for 10 seconds, then relax. You have to repeat this 8 to 10 times. This exercise activates the jaw and neck area.
