Uorfi Javed recently opened up about her reality show Follow Kar Lo Yaar and its unexpected cancellation after just one season. Uorfi described it as one of the most special experiences of her career, praising the team behind the show and the strong bonds she formed during its production. Uorfi Javed Calls Follow Kar Lo Yaar Season 2 Her Favourite
When asked which is her favourite TV reality show, Uorfi said, “Follow kar lo yaar. It was my show. Like, it was my life, it was everything. And also, the team was very nice. Production house ke saath hum the, Prime Video’s, matlab everyone is my friend. The entire team at Prime, the entire team who was involved in the show, the entire team as a whole, we all became such close friends. So it was my show. I would even, matlab, I would love to work with them again on something like this.”
Speaking of, if there will be a Season 2 of Follow Kar Lo Yaar, she said, “No, they cancelled it. Kya bolun main yaar? Kya bataun Prime ki team ke baare mein? Jeff ko pata liya hota toh aaj mere saath yeh nahi hota. Kaash, kaash, you know. But theek hai.”
Uorfi On Follow Kar Lo Yaar Season 2 NOT Renewed
When asked why the show was not renewed for a second season, the actress replied, “Tumhein lagta hai mujhe answer denge? Jeff Bezos mera chacha lagta hai kya? Unhone hi, they just cancelled it.”
Speaking of, if any other studio could work for Season 2, she said, “I don’t think so. Other OTTs bhi shayad aisa sochenge ki jab Prime Season 2 nahi bana raha, toh hum kyun banayein? Season 1 ke saath hamare paas aate hain, ab hum kyun lein tumhara ‘flop show’? Unko toh yahi lagega na ki agar Season 2 nahi ban raha, matlab show flop hua hai. Makes sense. So ab hum kyun lein yeh show? But according to me, for me, it was the biggest show that I have ever done. For me.”
